Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems using hand tools and construction techniques.
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to ensure precise installation.
- Assist with related exterior renovation tasks such as carpentry and caulking.
- Lift heavy materials safely to ensure efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to high standards.
- Maintain a clean and secure work environment at all times.
- Follow safety protocols and industry best practices.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a roofer or in a similar construction role.
- Proficiency with hand tools and blueprint reading.
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials and installation techniques.
- Ability to lift heavy loads safely.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Prior handyman or carpentry experience is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license is required, and reliable transportation.
