Join TULLOCH as a Land Use Planner, contributing to impactful development projects in northern and central Ontario. As part of TULLOCH’s Sudbury team, you'll engage with diverse land use planning projects.
This role requires 3-5 years of experience and proficiency in zoning by-law amendments and policy analysis. You will lead public consultations and facilitate planning applications while building solid client relations. Key Responsibilities:
- Work on development projects across northern and central Ontario
- Lead the Planning Act process for development proponents
- Prepare planning applications and justification reports
- Conduct municipal needs analyses and Official Plan reviews
- Collaborate with municipalities and professionals Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience in land use planning
- Knowledge of Planning Act and municipal policies
- Full or eligible membership with OPPI
- Bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning
