What your day may look like…

- Greet, qualify, and register sales centre guests while providing accurate information on homes, community details, pricing, and product offerings.
- Actively prospect, nurture, and follow up with leads; maintain CRM accuracy and drive return traffic.
- Build strong relationships with potential purchasers, guide them through selections, and support the full sales process to achieve monthly/annual targets.
- Monitor and report on traffic, prospects, sales activity, lot holds, and cancellations; ensure all Purchase Agreements and documentation are complete and accurate.
- Maintain in‑depth knowledge of home models and competitive offerings; proactively generate new lead‑generation opportunities.
- Provide ongoing purchaser communication, including construction and community updates, while consistently exceeding customer satisfaction standards.
- Uphold the presentation, security, and maintenance standards of sales centres, show homes, and spec homes; coordinate supplies, signage, cleaning, and deficiency reporting.
- Support the Area Sales Manager, attend required meetings, and act as a professional brand ambassador at all times.

What you’ll bring…





- Previous customer service experience in residential development or new home sales preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with computers and comfortable learning new software; experience with Buildtopía is an asset.
