The Role: We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional experience across our showroom, phone, and digital channels. This isn't just ringing in orders—you will build long-term relationships with professional contractors, troubleshoot technical issues, and actively drive sales.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Consultative Sales: Identify customer needs, recommend the right equipment, and confidently ask for the sale in-store and online.
- Proactive Outreach: Confidently place direct phone calls to follow up on high-value leads, consult with clients, and recover abandoned e-commerce checkouts.
- Customer Support: Assist customers with product setups, troubleshooting, and warranty inquiries.
- Store Operations:



Process transactions accurately, assist with receiving inventory, merchandise shelves, and maintain a clean showroom.
- Keyholder Duties: Open and close the store, complete daily procedures, and ensure security protocols are followed.

What You Bring to the Table:

- Sales Acumen: Proven experience in retail or sales environments with a track record of building relationships and closing sales.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft 365, point-of-sale systems, and web-based business software. Ability to quickly learn technical product specifications.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills. (Skilled proficiency in French is a strong asset for managing national digital and email inquiries).
- Drive & Independence: Strong time-management skills with the ability to make decisions and execute tasks with minimal supervision.
- Physical Capability: Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs, move inventory, and spend extended periods on your feet in the showroom and warehouse.
- Industry Experience (Bonus): Familiarity with exterior cleaning equipment (water-fed poles, high-pressure pumps) is a major plus, but we will train the right person.
