FrenchEtVoila is a growing Canadian tutoring company offering personalized instruction in French, Math, Science, Physics, Chemistry, and TEF/TCF exam preparation for children and adults.

We're looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Sales & Community Outreach Coordinator to help families discover our programs and support our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

Admissions & Sales

- Respond promptly to new inquiries
- Follow up with prospective families by phone, email, and text
- Schedule consultations and assessments
- Guide families through the enrollment process
- Maintain accurate client records

Community Outreach

- Build relationships with schools, libraries, businesses, and community organizations
- Attend local events and represent FrenchEtVoila
- Help secure partnerships and sponsorship opportunities
- Generate new leads independently

Marketing Support

Assist with

- Assist with promoting FrenchEtVoila programs and events
- Support social media initiatives by sharing and promoting content
- Help distribute marketing materials within the community
- Assist with other promotional and marketing activities as needed





Qualifications We're looking for someone who is:

- Friendly and professional
- An excellent communicator
- Organized and reliable
- Comfortable speaking with parents and community partners
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Sales or customer service experience is an asset but not required. Training will be provided.
