Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will represent Rogers products and services, helping customers choose the best wireless, internet, TV, home security, and business solutions to meet their needs. Responsibilities

- Build relationships with new and existing customers by understanding their needs and recommending the right Rogers products and services.
- Promote and sell Rogers wireless, internet, TV, home phone, home security, and business solutions.
- Educate customers on product features, pricing, promotions, and service plans.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals through consultative selling.
- Process new activations, upgrades, account changes, and service requests accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
- Stay up to date on Rogers products, promotions, and industry trends.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow all company policies and compliance standards.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service,



or telecommunications is an asset but not required.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable using computers, mobile devices, and sales software.
- Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

- Base salary of $40,000 per year plus uncapped commission.

Work Location On-site at a Rogers Authorized Partner location.
