Duties

- Manage cash register operations, including cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, and basic math calculations
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customers and promote featured products
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Utilize robust communication skills to inform customers about promotions, new arrivals, and store policies
- Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and ensuring product availability for customers
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Experience with technology sales, product demos, or technical sales is a plus
- Familiarity with merchandising standards, POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills and time management are essential for multitasking in a busy environment
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are necessary for engaging with customers both in-person and over the phone
- Basic math skills are required for processing transactions accurately
