We operate exclusively in Calgary and across Alberta, specialising in UPVC windows and door solutions for residential and commercial projects. ? WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative with a solid background in the window or construction industry, a strong closing rate, and a clear understanding of construction processes. ⭐ KEY ROLE You will be responsible for selling UPVC window and door solutions for Smart Windows and Doors Company — from the first client contact through to contract signing. ? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Outside sales in residential and commercial markets
Working with inbound and outbound leads
Consulting clients on UPVC windows and door systems
Preparing and presenting quotes and proposals
Measurements, calculations, and deal coordination
Working with walk-in clients in the showroom
Managing clients through contract completion ✅ REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE) ✔️ Experience in the window and/or construction industr y✔️ High closing ra te✔️ Strong understanding of construction proces ses✔️ Knowledge of UPVC windows and door prod ucts✔️ Valid driver’s li cense✔️ Own vehicle re quired(company vehicle is also pro vided)✔️ Solid communication and negotiation skills✔️ Ability to work independently and take ownership of results✔️ Langua ge skills(English required, additional languages are a n asset)
