SKILLS REQUIRED

6+ years of hands-on experience leading Sales initiatives and related Systems implementation.

Exp. with Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and dashboard configuration

Experience using Miro, Box, and similar tools for collaboration and process mapping

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Exp. in Stakeholder management, Process Mapping, Optimization and Problem Solving: Skilled in mapping and analyzing “as-is” and “to-be” business processes

Demonstrated ability to lead business-critical initiatives from discovery through delivery

Acted as a key business partner,



actively leading across all phases of the project lifecycle, including:

- Requirements elicitation and documentation
- Business requirement analysis and validation
- Stakeholder feedback sessions
- Impact analysis and risk identification
- UAT coordination and execution
- Sprint demos and agile ceremonies
- Change readiness, training, and go-live support
- Troubleshooting user-reported issues with minimal disruption and long-term fixes in mind
