- Custom Apex and Lightning Development: Write Apex triggers, LWC (Lightning Web Components), and Flows to publish or consume event messages inside Service Cloud.

Service Cloud Core Skills

- Case Management: Customizing cases, entitlements, SLAs, and knowledge bases.

- Routing & Console: Configuring Omni-Channel, skill-based routing, and the Service Console workspace.

- Automation: Building complex Salesforce Flows, Apex triggers, and custom LWC (Lightning Web Components).

- AI Tools: Integrating contemporary features like Einstein Bots or Agentforce conversational tools

Integration Experience
