Hiring: Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Tech Lead

Location: Toronto, ON Hybrid

We're hiring an experienced Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Tech Lead to lead enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations for a leading banking client. This is an excellent prospect for professionals with expertise in Salesforce FSC, Solution Architecture, Enterprise Integrations, Apex, LWC, and DevOps .

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 4 Days Work from Office)

Experience: 10+ Years

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end solution architecture and technical delivery for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementations.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions for Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance, and Lending.
- Define enterprise data models, security architecture, and API-first integration strategies.
- Design integrations with core banking systems, LOS, underwriting platforms, identity providers, data warehouses, and third-party applications using MuleSoft and REST APIs.
- Lead hands-on development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture .
- Establish Salesforce DevOps best practices using Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Bitbucket Pipelines .
- Manage environments, release strategy, code reviews, testing standards, and deployment governance.
- Implement Salesforce Shield, platform security, compliance controls, and governance standards.




- Mentor developers and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

Required Skills

- 10+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) .
- Hands-on experience with:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce Flows
- SOQL
- Platform Events
- Change Data Capture
- Named Credentials
- Experience designing enterprise integrations using:
- MuleSoft
- REST/SOAP APIs
- OAuth, SAML, JWT
- Strong understanding of:
- Person Accounts
- Households
- Financial Accounts
- Relationship Management
- Salesforce Security Model
- Experience with Salesforce DX , Git, CI/CD, and package-based deployments.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Shield, Platform Encryption, Event Monitoring, and Transaction Security Policies.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and solution architecture experience.
