Responsibilities

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently for transactions, order processing, and inventory updates
- Handle cashing out procedures accurately and responsibly, including cash handling and reconciliation
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
- Promote current marketing campaigns and special offers to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and product inventory
- Collaborate with team members on order fulfillment, maintenance of the sales floor,



and overall store organization

Skills

- Proven experience in dealership or retail sales environments
- Solid communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes or familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is a plus
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with effective marketing techniques to drive sales growth
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting purposes
- Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a quick-paced setting
- Ability to handle cashiering duties accurately while maintaining professional phone etiquette
- Solid understanding of customer service principles, sales management strategies, and order fulfillment processes
- Basic math skills for transaction accuracy and inventory management
- Experience with maintenance procedures or retail operations is advantageous
