Chantecler is now open 6 days and seeking a skilled linecook/Saucier to join our back of house team!
A cult favourite since 2012, Chantecler serves up modern French bistro, cocktails, and natural wine in an un-stuffy setting. Now operating from our brand new Bloordale space with modern amenities, we are seeking skilled cooks to fill out our talented & dedicated back of house team . As Saucier, your responsibilities will include:
- Cooking seasonal dishes inspired by French classics
*Must be able to work independently
- Completing prep tasks in a timely manner
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety, etc
Qualifications
- 2-4 years experience in a relevant role
- Highly driven to hone your skills while executing at a high level with consistency
- Comfortable in a high-volume environment, cool under pressure
- Experience running a line & expediting is a plus
