As a School Age Leader, you will work Monday through Friday providing essential support and inclusion practices for children in a before and after school program.

Your role includes building relationships with children and families, guiding behavior positively, and designing creative programs that align with YMCA standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Support children's participation and engagement in activities
- Collaborate on individualized care and support plans
- Implement effective behavior support strategies
- Create indoor and outdoor engaging programs
- Maintain safety and compliance with health standards Requirements:
- Minimum of 19 years of age
