Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to manage our product development cycles. The ideal candidate has at least 2-3 years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile Coach role, with a solid understanding of agile methodologies and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with product owners and development teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Remove impediments and resolve team conflicts to maintain progress.




- Monitor team performance, ensuring productivity and continuous improvement.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Scrum Master (2+ years).
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with distributed teams.
- Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a plus.
