Role: Scrum Master

Location: Remote in Canada

Duration: Contract Required Skills

Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or equivalent.

Strong experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

Experience facilitating distributed teams and managing stakeholder expectations.

Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Microsoft Office tools.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.

Experience working in healthcare, insurance, or regulated environments preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Secure Agilist or SAFe Scrum Master certification.

Soft Skills

Strong leadership and servant-leadership mindset.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive team accountability. Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives,



and Backlog Refinement.

Coach Scrum teams on Agile/Scrum principles and promote continuous improvement.

Remove impediments and help the team achieve sprint goals.

Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, Architects, and Delivery Teams.

Track sprint metrics, velocity, burndown, risks, issues, and dependencies.

Support PI Planning and SAFe Agile practices where applicable.

Drive stakeholder communication, status reporting, and governance activities.

Ensure delivery quality, adherence to Agile processes, and timely project execution.

Coordinate across cross-functional teams in a complex enterprise healthcare environment. Thank you
