- 7+ years of enterprise infrastructure or systems administration experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on Ansible automation experience in production environments.
- Strong experience with:
o Windows Server 2019/2022 administration o Enterprise Linux administration (RHEL, Ubuntu, or equivalent)
o PowerShell scripting o Bash/Shell scripting
- Experience automating Windows environments using:
o Ansible Windows Modules o WinRM
- Robust Linux administration skills including:
o Package management o Services management o Permissions o Networking o Security configurations
- Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure services:
o Active Directory o DNS o DHCP o Networking fundamentals
- Experience working within structured enterprise or ITIL-based environments.
