Join Halifax Harbour Bridges as a Senior Bridge Engineer and lead efforts in maintaining critical transportation infrastructure. Directly influence safety and project delivery across two major bridges. This position directly reports to the Chief of Infrastructure and requires a robust foundation in Civil Engineering combined with extensive project management experience.

Collaborating with a dedicated team, you'll evaluate bridge conditions, manage contracts, and mentor co-operative engineering students. A focus on communication and analytical skills is essential for success. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical direction on bridge safety and analysis
- Develop scopes and cost estimates for infrastructure
- Oversee contract administration and change orders
- Conduct site inspections to assess bridge conditions
- Build relationships with stakeholders and regulatory agencies Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 5-7 years of relevant engineering experience
- Member or eligible for Engineers Nova Scotia
- Experience with tender documents and project management
- Valid Canadian Class 5 Driver’s Licence Enhance community safety while working on critical infrastructure projects with HHB.
