Job Title: Senior Business Analyst Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid 3 Days Onsite) Duration: 9+ Months Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of Business Analysis experience • Robust experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management • Expertise in Cloud/SaaS solutions and digital transformation • Experience conducting workshops, JAD sessions, process mapping, and business process improvement • Knowledge of Information Management, Records Management, and OpenText • Experience with public sector projects is highly preferred • Hands-on with Jira, Confluence, Visio, Figma, MS Project, Microsoft 365, and Copilot • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills • Bachelor's degree required; CBAP or similar certification preferred
