Title: Senior Clinical Nurse Advisor - Internal Only Salary: $99,505 – $122,073 per year (pay range explained below) Contract: Permanent, Full time Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday – Friday (core hours 9am – 3pm) Location: Prince George. Remote work available but must reside in Northern, BC.

Bargaining Unit: PIPSC BCFNHA Group (Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada) What We Offer Education Allowance: Up to $3,850

Robust Pension Plan About The Role As Senior Clinical Nurse Advisor, you will – support the Nursing Operations Manager(s) and assist in the co-ordination and operationalization of Nursing Services on behalf of the FNHA and First Nations clients. Assists in the delivery of quality health services and community programming through consultation and collaboration with point-of-care teams, central, and regional teams.





About You To be successful in this role you will have/be – Bachelor’s degree in nursing from a recognized university and successful completion of approved training in public health nursing, obstetrics, mental health or other relevant specialty, nursing leadership, administration, or public health sciences, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Current practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nursing Professionals (BCCNM). Current CPR course for Health Care Providers (HCP). A minimum of 5 years of experience in public health and/or remote nursing, including 2 years of experience in a supervisory/leadership capacity.

The Pay

Range is the minimum (Step 1) and maximum (highest Step) annual base salary based on full time equivalent hours.
