About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Data Engineer with 5+ years of experience in building scalable data solutions. This role offers the opportunity to influence architecture, shape modern data platforms, and enable data-driven insights across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high-performance data pipelines and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and build scalable data pipelines using Scala, Spark, and SQL.
- Develop core components of modern data platforms.
- Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and product teams to understand data requirements.
- Ensure data quality, consistency,



and availability for analytics and reporting.
- Monitor and optimize data workflows for performance and reliability.
- Contribute to system architecture and cloud-native platform design.
- Evaluate and adopt contemporary data intelligence tools and practices.

Requirements

- Strong hands-on experience with Scala and large-scale data processing.
- Deep expertise in SQL and data transformation.
- Proven experience in data engineering and pipeline development.
- Experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and governance.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative Agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Python for scripting, analytics, or ML use cases.
- Exposure to ML pipelines or MLOps.
- Familiarity with data intelligence and data cataloging tools.
