Role Description

- Design and implement highly scalable, reliable, and high-performance applications and services.
- Possess a thorough understanding of the product from both functional and technical perspectives.
- Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, collaborating with business analysts to understand business requirements and assess the impact of changes on existing processes.
- Design and implement application components, including coding, caching mechanisms, security and encryption, state management, error logging and debugging, scalability, development environment configuration, testing, and code reviews.
- Analyze complex problems, break them into manageable components, and translate solutions into efficient code.
- Determine the most appropriate technical solutions based on project requirements.
- Follow software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, coding standards, and development best practices.
- Perform unit testing and system-level testing, and validate applications in controlled real-world environments before production deployment.
- Document development tasks to support future troubleshooting, maintenance, and enhancements.
- Identify and help mitigate technical, project, and schedule risks.




- Contribute to project effort estimation and delivery planning.
- Collaborate closely with development teams, business analysts, quality assurance teams, and business stakeholders.
- Present recommendations for system improvements, including cost proposals.
- Mentor and support junior team members.

- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts, software design patterns, and design principles.
- Ability to write clean, readable, maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Solid understanding of cross-browser rendering and performance.
- Experience working with a variety of technologies and development techniques.
- Experience writing and maintaining unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability.

Preferred Skills

- Agile development experience.
- VB development experience.
- Experience with Knockout.js.
- Experience with WF, WCF, and WPF.
