Role Description The Senior ERP Consultant is a full-time remote role responsible for leading end-to-end NetSuite ERP projects for clients across various industries. Day-to-day activities include assessing business processes, gathering and analyzing requirements, designing and configuring NetSuite solutions, and overseeing ERP implementations from planning through post-go-live support.

The role involves collaborating with client stakeholders, preparing documentation, conducting system testing, and delivering user training to ensure successful adoption. The Senior ERP Consultant will also participate in solution optimization,



process automation initiatives, and rescue missions for challenged implementations, while serving as a trusted advisor on ERP best practices.

Qualifications

- Language: Fully French and English bilingual
- Work location: Remote with occasional customer on-site traveling
- Strong understanding of Business Process design, optimization, and workflow mapping, particularly in ERP environments.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to assess client requirements, interpret data, and recommend practical, value-driven solutions.
- Hands-on experience with ERP Implementations and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms, preferably NetSuite.
- Solid Finance knowledge, including core accounting and financial management processes as they relate to ERP systems.
- Proven experience in a senior consulting role, leading client-facing projects and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team setting with strong self-management and communication skills.
- Experience with CRM and e-commerce modules, system integrations, and process automation is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field; relevant ERP certifications are a plus.
