Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer

Location: Toronto, ON (HYBRID)

Duration: 7 Months

Must Have Skills

- 10 years of Java, JDBC, and Spring Boot development.

- 7 years of ReactJS development for enterprise web applications.

- 5 years of Pexip API and Zoom API integration.

- Strong experience with HL7v2, FHIR APIs, SMART on FHIR, and healthcare interoperability.

- Experience integrating with MEDITECH, Epic, Cerner, and Mirth Integration Engine.

- Experience with NetIQ/IAM workflows, authentication, authorization, and secure application development.

- Strong REST API, SQL, microservices, and backend integration experience.

- Public Sector experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and support ReactJS frontend and Java Spring Boot backend applications.

- Build and maintain REST APIs, microservices, and database-driven applications.

- Integrate Zoom, Pexip, HL7v2, FHIR, and Mirth for virtual care workflows.

- Support scheduling, patient/provider context, encounter management, and clinical workflow integration.

- Integrate with hospital information systems (MEDITECH, Epic, Cerner).

- Implement secure IAM/NetIQ workflows, audit logging, and role-based access.





- Collaborate with architects, QA, security, UX, and product teams in Agile environments.

- Prepare technical documentation, API specifications, and support production releases.

Nice to Have

- SMART on FHIR application development.

- AWS OpenSearch experience.

- Virtual Care/Telemedicine domain experience.

- Video workflow orchestration and healthcare interoperability expertise.
