Senior Machine Learning Expert (AI Training) About The Role What if your deep expertise in machine learning could directly shape how the next generation of AI systems think, plan, and solve problems? We're looking for Senior Machine Learning Experts to author high-fidelity reasoning traces — structured, step-by-step records of how an AI should approach and solve complex real-world tasks. This is more than annotation.
You'll be capturing expert-level decision-making in a form that trains LLMs to reason more reliably, plan more effectively, and use tools more intelligently. Your work will directly influence how frontier AI models behave in production. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for senior ML professionals who want meaningful, intellectually stimulating work on their own schedule.
