Reporting to the Executive Director, you'll be responsible for financial resilience and organizational culture. Emphasizing trauma-informed practices, you will ensure operational efficiency and compliance, playing a key role in the organization's commitment to dignity and belonging. Key Responsibilities:

- Architect multi-year operational strategies and resource allocation
- Drive innovative funding models to enhance revenue
- Direct the annual operating budget process




- Establish a framework for funder compliance and governance
- Coach and mentor senior managers for effective leadership Requirements:
