About Our Client Our client, located in Vaughan, is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst for a special project. The role will support operational analysis, process improvement, reporting and system-related projects.

Responsibilities - Collect and analyze operational and financial data.

- Prepare reports, presentations and monthly accrual summaries.
- Support the testing and implementation of a new database tool.
- Track outstanding submissions, credits and balances.
- Assist with claims processes, system migration and process documentation.
- Provide project support to operations and finance leadership.

Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting or a related field.

- Minimum 3 years of senior operations experience.
- Robust Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
- Strong experience with Inventory, Pricing, or Rebates.




- Experience with process documentation and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of AP, inventory, pricing or basic accounting is an asset.
- Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills. AI may be used to support certain administrative aspects of our recruitment process.
