- Post-secondary degree in political science, business or public administration, law, social sciences or related field.
- Experience leading policy development for legislation and regulations.
- Experience providing strategic advice and recommendations to senior levels of government on complex matters.
- Experience developing and implementing engagements campaigns and analyzing engagement results for the development of policy.
- Experience with justice-related matters will be considered an asset.
