About this opportunity:

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Product Designer 3 to lead the design of high-quality digital answer experiences across a large-scale consumer-facing search and discovery platform. This role is ideal for an experienced product designer who enjoys solving complex user problems, influencing product strategy, and collaborating with global cross-functional teams to create intuitive, impactful experiences.

The successful candidate will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Research, and Design teams to define, design, and deliver cutting-edge experiences that help users discover and consume information. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to AI-powered products, shape customer experiences at scale, and collaborate with globally distributed teams across multiple regions.

What You’ll Do

Design and deliver end-to-end product experiences from concept through launch.

Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Research, and Design teams to shape product direction and user experience strategy.

Translate customer needs, research insights,



and business goals into compelling digital experiences.

Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

Drive experience quality through robust interaction design, systems thinking, and attention to detail.

Influence product decisions through customer advocacy, strategic thinking, and design expertise.

Present design concepts, rationale, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.

Leverage customer insights, usability findings, and product signals to continuously improve experiences.

Champion accessibility, usability, and inclusive design best practices.

Collaborate effectively with globally distributed teams and participate in occasional early morning or evening meetings to support international partnerships. Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

5-7+ years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products and experiences.

Strong product design, interaction design, and visual design skills.

Expertise in Information Architecture and user-centered design methodologies.

Advanced proficiency with Figma.

Experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs.

Strong product judgment and ability to navigate ambiguity in complex problem spaces.

Experience collaborating closely with Product Management,



Engineering, and UX Research teams.

Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience using AI-powered design tools and workflows.

Portfolio demonstrating relevant product design experience (required).
