- 10+ years managing complex programs,

- 10+ years supporting executive reporting, governance, risk management, and portfolio oversight
- 10+ years presenting to and supporting Managing Directors, SVPs, and VPs
- University Degree Nice to Have - Digital assets experience
- Banking or financial services experience Responsibilities - Lead complex cross-functional technology programs from inception through delivery
- Partner with the Managing Director of Digital Asset Technology on strategic initiatives
- Provide executive-level reporting and governance support
- Coordinate stakeholders across business and technology teams
- Oversee program finances, risks, dependencies, and delivery plans
- Support mobilization of digital asset platform initiatives
