We are seeking a Senior Project Manager/Leader to lead large-scale enterprise cybersecurity and network security initiatives in a complex public-sector environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise cybersecurity and network security programs.
- Manage initiatives involving Zero Trust, ZTNA, SSE, Prisma Access, WAF, firewall modernization, cloud security, and secure remote access .
- Provide strategic leadership, governance, risk management, and executive-level reporting.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including cybersecurity, network, cloud, architecture, operations, and vendors.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, organizational change, continuous improvement, and operational readiness.

Must-Have Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in senior project/program management.




- Robust experience delivering enterprise-scale cybersecurity and network security initiatives .
- Strong knowledge of security governance, risk management, cloud/network security, Zero Trust, and Security-by-Design .
- Experience managing complex technical dependencies, risks, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Public-sector or government experience is an asset.
