The Opportunity
We’re partnering with a well-established and reputable residential builder/developer that’s looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their construction team. This role is ideal for someone who can oversee projects from pre-construction through close-out while driving timelines, quality, and safety.
What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day project activities and ensure work is performed safely, on time, and within scope
- Coordinate site crews, trades, and subcontractors
- Inspect construction work for compliance and quality standards
- Track progress, schedules,
and budgets to keep projects on target
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment
