Sr Project Manager, Digital Transformation – IT Modernization

Government/Public Sector Experience: Required Project Description

Minimum 8–10 years of experience leading complex digital transformation, business transformation, technology modernization, or enterprise project delivery initiatives.

Demonstrated experience managing multi-disciplinary projects involving technology, operations, vendors, and executive stakeholders.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and delivery best practices.

Experience managing vendor relationships, professional services engagements, and contractual deliverables.

Experience preparing executive presentations, status reports, briefing notes, governance materials, and business cases.





Solid understanding of organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, and business readiness planning.

Experience managing budgets, forecasts, procurement activities, and resource planning.

Exceptional communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Figma and collaboration platforms.

Experience within utility, infrastructure, regulated, public-sector, or customer service organizations is considered an asset.

PMP, Prince2, Agile, Scrum, Lean, Prosci, or equivalent certifications would be considered an asset.
