You will architect AI-powered workflows, focusing on customer self-service virtual agents and agent-assist solutions across platforms such as Google CCAI and OpenAI. Collaboration with multiple teams to translate business needs into reusable prompt frameworks is essential. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize prompts for virtual agents and tools
- Define benchmarking metrics and testing methodologies
- Support Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures
- Establish governance standards for AI deployments
- Analyze logs and metrics to refine prompts and improve CSAT Requirements:
- 5+ years in Conversational AI or NLP
- Direct experience with Google CCAI and Dialogflow CX
- Proficient in Python and JavaScript
