About The Role What you will actually do Lead full-trades estimates for international commercial projects, mentor junior estimators, and own bid-day quality on the jobs that matter most. You will work on-site with our team at Wali Plaza, Garden Town, Gujranwala, on a live pipeline of projects for clients in the US, the Gulf and Pakistan. Every deliverable you produce goes through senior review before it ships — which means constant, specific feedback on your work from day one.
Responsibilities Prepare and audit detailed cost estimates across all CSI divisions for US and Gulf commercial projects
Perform and review quantity takeoffs in Planswift and Bluebeam Revu
Confirm scope with clients in writing; manage RFIs and addenda impacts through bid day
Review junior estimators' workbooks and sign off before delivery
Build and maintain unit-rate libraries from supplier quotes and closed-job feedback
Join client calls to walk through estimates and defend the numbers Requirements B.Sc.
