An established and highly respected restoration contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Restoration Project Manager to lead and grow its Restoration Division. This is a opportunity for a proven restoration leader who thrives on building high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll oversee the department from emergency response through reconstruction. Company information will be shared with selected candidates during the interview process.
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor Project Managers, Coordinators, Estimators and Field Technicians.
- Oversee restoration projects from emergency response through completion.
- Manage budgets, schedules, profitability and quality.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and internal resources.
- Develop relationships with insurance adjusters and referral partners.
- Ensure outstanding customer service and regulatory compliance.
Required Experience
- 3-5+ years in the restoration industry
- 1-2+ years leading restoration projects and teams.
- Experience with water, fire, smoke,
mold and reconstruction.
- Solid insurance claims and adjuster experience.
- Residential and commercial construction knowledge.
Technical Qualifications
- Xactimate (preferred), XactAnalysis, Encircle, Microsoft Office.
- Budget management, estimating, scheduling, quality assurance, documentation and cost control.
Qualifications
- Valid Ontario G Driver's License.
- Clean driver's abstract.
- Criminal background check.
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
- IICRC certifications and Xactimate Level II considered strong assets.
