Senior UX/UI Designer

Pay Rate: $65.00/hour Job Summary We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the design of user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role is responsible for the end-to-end UX/UI design process, from research and wireframing to prototyping and final design, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for digital products.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing.
- Maintain design systems and accessibility (WCAG) standards.
- Collaborate with product, development, and business teams.
- Facilitate design workshops and mentor junior designers.

Qualifications

- 8+ years of UX/UI,



product, or digital design experience.
- Expert proficiency in Figma.
- Financial Experience
- Strong understanding of UX research, responsive design, and accessibility.
- Experience leading Design Thinking workshops and working in Agile teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
