Senior UX Designer (Contract)

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

Contract: 6 Months

Pay Rate: $60.00/hour Job Summary We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role will drive the end-to-end UX process, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality digital solutions in an agile workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead UX design from discovery through delivery.
- Conduct user research, workshops, and usability testing.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UX documentation.
- Collaborate with product, development, and business teams.
- Contribute to design systems and UX best practices.
- Present design recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of UX design experience.




- Experience designing digital products within the financial services or banking industry.
- Degree in UX, HCI, Psychology, Computer Science, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Expert proficiency in Figma.
- Strong understanding of UX research, accessibility, responsive design, and Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is an asset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
