Job Title: Sr. UX Designer + Business Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sr. UX Designer + Business Analyst who can bridge business needs with user-centric design solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in UX Design, Business Analysis, User Research, Requirements Gathering, Wireframing, Prototyping, and Agile delivery while collaborating with business stakeholders and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business & functional requirements.
- Conduct user research, create personas, user journeys, and usability recommendations.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows using Figma .
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution validation.
- Collaborate with developers, UI designers, and product teams throughout the SDLC.
- Perform gap analysis and translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Ensure seamless user experience, accessibility,



and usability across applications.
- Support Agile project delivery through documentation, reviews, and process improvements.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of experience in UX Design + Business Analysis
- Solid experience with Figma , Wireframing, Prototyping, User Research, User Personas, Journey Mapping
- Expertise in Requirements Gathering, BRD, FRD, Gap Analysis, Process Mapping
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Understanding of Relational Databases and Client-Server Architecture
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with enterprise applications or digital transformation projects
- End-to-end product lifecycle experience
- UX Design or Business Analysis certifications (preferred)
