Providing exceptional hospitality, emphasizing personalized service and attentive treatment, to ensure guests feel welcome and comfortable. Adhering to responsible service of alcohol guidelines. Providing gaming floor beverage service.
Restaurant, Bar and Outlet duties include: Taking orders and delivering food and drink to the table. Carrying out basic food preparation. Assembling, wrapping/packaging and presenting hot and cold food and beverage orders.
Strictly adhering to safe food handling practices. Maintaining tables in good order by bussing, sanitizing and resetting as required. Performing a variety of side work. Carrying out a variety of cleaning duties throughout the shift to maintain a clean and secure work environment.
Qualifications
Combination of relevant education, training and/or experience.
Food Safe Handling
Certificate.
Experience providing customer service and working with many diverse situations and personalities. Previous serving experience would be an asset.
