Job Summary

We’re seeking a skilled, customer-focused multitasker to take orders, serve food and drinks, maintain a clean environment, and deliver an outstanding guest experience. If you’re energetic, friendly, and thrive in a busy atmosphere, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Take drink/food orders and serve beverages and meals
- Prepare alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks with accuracy and upscale presentation
- Keep bar, kitchen, and service areas clean and organized
- Check IDs and follow Smart Serve guidelines
- Upsell menu items and promote specials
- Monitor inventory and restock supplies
- Follow all food-safety and cleanliness standards




- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Provide rapid, efficient service in a high-volume environment

Qualifications
- High School Diploma (minimum)
- Smart Serve certification (required)
- Food Handler Certificate (required)
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Experience in wings, fast-food, or high-volume restaurants is an asset
- Strong multitasking, time-management, and communication skills
- Ability to use POS systems and perform basic cashiering
- Professional appearance and positive, business-minded attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: From $17.60 per hour
