Work Schedule 8-hour shifts

Two days off each week, scheduled on a flexible basis Key Responsibilities Oversee inspections, repairs, and reconditioning of vehicles

Manage inventory, vehicle status, parking, and key/plate control

Handle customer complaints and serve as main point of contact for stakeholders

Coordinate vendors, parts procurement, and repair cost management

Prepare reports, analyze maintenance costs, and improve operational processes

Lead and mentor a high-performing team to achieve excellence

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards Requirements 2+ years of experience in automotive service management





Strong knowledge of vehicle inspection, reconditioning, and repair processes

Proven ability in inventory control, vendor coordination, and cost management

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
