Panoramic Properties Inc. is seeking a reliable and experienced Service Technician to join our Sudbury maintenance team. In this role, you will respond to service requests, complete repairs, and perform general maintenance across our residential properties. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, troubleshooting maintenance concerns and communicating professionally with residents, contractors and management. Responsibilities:

Completing general building maintenance and repairs;

Responding to on-site service requests in a timely and professional manner;

Troubleshooting maintenance concerns and completing general handyman repairs;

Performing drywall repairs and paint touch-ups;

Completing minor plumbing repairs;

Completing minor electrical and carpentry work;

Providing regular progress updates to the Maintenance Manager;

Maintaining positive and professional relationships with residents;

Organizing daily assignments and completing work efficiently; and

Following all applicable health and safety procedures. Qualifications:





Previous experience in building maintenance, repairs or a similar position;

General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall and painting;

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities;

Ability to work independently and make sound decisions;

Strong organizational and time-management skills;

Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities;

Positive communication and customer-service skills;

Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position; and We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated team member who is physically capable of performing the duties of the position and comfortable working independently. The successful candidate must demonstrate sound judgment, strong organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to manage multiple assignments while completing work efficiently. A valid driver’s licence and clean driver’s abstract are required.
