Position: ServiceNow Tech Lead

Location: Onsite- Vancouver, BC

We are looking for a Technical Lead – ServiceNow with solid expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SecOps, ServiceNow Development, Integrations, and Platform Administration

. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience leading technical delivery, platform customization, CMDB governance, Discovery, Service Mapping, REST/SOAP integrations, and production support

. Strong experience in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, ServiceNow scripting, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and release management is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end technical delivery and platform support across ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and SecOps .
- Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, Knowledge, SLA, and Major Incident Management.
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Flow Designer, Workflows, and Scheduled Jobs.
- Implement and support ITOM capabilities including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB governance .
- Lead REST/SOAP integrations using IntegrationHub, MID Server, Import Sets, Transform Maps,



and enterprise integrations .
- Manage CMDB health, CSDM, CI relationships, reconciliation, identification rules, and data quality initiatives.
- Support SecOps modules including Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, and remediation workflows.
- Troubleshoot platform, workflow, integration, Discovery, CMDB, performance, and production issues while performing root cause analysis.
- Lead ServiceNow upgrades, release management, ATF validation, deployment planning, and post-production support.
- Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, developers, offshore teams, and vendor support to deliver enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
