Company Description The Creator MA – Master of Social Media Communication in Online Creators – is a qualified graduate program offered at Ontario Tech University for individuals who want to shape and lead the creator economy. The program centers on understanding how attention becomes influence and how influence becomes measurable impact in digital environments. It blends platform strategy, analytics, monetization, and ethics and policy to prepare learners to work across content, business, and systems.

With a strong emphasis on sustainable and responsible digital practices in an ecosystem driven by algorithms, AI, and evolving regulation, the program equips graduates to navigate complex online landscapes.

The Position

We’re looking for someone with experience in emerging creative technologies such as generative AI, creative automation, immersive media,



digital production tools and creator platforms. Both academics and industry professionals are encouraged to apply.

Role Description Teach a graduate course in Ontario Tech’s Creator MA from September to December 2026.

Deliver weekly classes online in a synchronous format.

Introduce students to technologies such as generative AI, creative automation, immersive media, digital production tools and creator platforms.

Connect critical perspectives with practical, industry-relevant applications.

Develop course materials, assignments and learning activities.

Grade student work and provide feedback and support.

Stay current with rapidly changing technologies and creative practices.
