What You’ll Do

- Lead and support daily activities of sheet metal field crews

- Coordinate tasks, materials, and schedules to ensure smooth project execution

- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity

- Collaborate closely with project managers, trades, and site partners

- Mentor and support team members to help them grow and succeed
