Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficiency and quality service
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high standards of food quality and safety
- Manage food handling procedures in compliance with health regulations and company policies
- Coordinate staff schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to optimize productivity
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards across the restaurant floor and kitchen area

Skills
- Proven supervising experience within the food service or restaurant industry
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Leadership abilities to inspire and guide a diverse team under pressure
- Experience in restaurant management or hospitality roles preferred
- Familiarity with food handling regulations and health standards
- Barista experience or serving background is a plus for versatile team support
