Job Summary

Tango Palace Coffee Company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support daily warehouse and inventory operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, organizing, and shipping products while ensuring inventory accuracy and timely deliveries. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, dependable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders according to company procedures.
- Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently.
- Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
- Label, store, and rotate products in designated storage areas.
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments to supervisors.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, following company procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Assist with regular inventory counts and stock reconciliation.
- Complete additional warehouse and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, or inventory control is an asset but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment.




- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer and inventory management skills.
- Ability to lift moderate to heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
- Flexible availability, including weekends when required.
