Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Shoring & Forming Sales Professional for our Alberta and Saskatchewan divisions with branches in Edmonton Calgary and Saskatoon. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and closing new sales opportunities. This position plays a key role in increasing income and revenue by generating leads, qualifying prospects, negotiating with clients and managing sales of products and services.

Responsibilities

· Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads

· Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

· Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory

· Achieve agreed upon sales targets

· Develop and present, detailed quotes, bids and estimates.

· Perform material quantity and labor takeoffs from drawings

· Complete all necessary weekly and monthly reporting

· Communicate and coordinate with all facets of the Skyway Canada Team

· Maintain a thorough understanding of the company, branch budget goals, and requirements

Requirements





- 2+ years of industry outside sales experience and/or Estimating
- Solid understanding of Concrete construction, particularly Shoring, Forming and/or experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Highly organized, efficient and prepared
- Excellent time management, problem solving, communication and people skills
- Robust planning, scheduling and leadership skills
- Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, organizational skills
- Demonstrated track record for success in establishing, maintaining and growing a customer base.
- Can-do attitude with a solution-based approach.
