- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- A strong problem solver with excellent common sense
- Mechanically inclined and experienced with hand and power tools
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing manual labour
- Organized and able to prioritize changing tasks
- Adaptable and willing to jump into any situation
- Skilled when interacting with customers, tenants, vendors,
and coworkers
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include
- Experience in general maintenance, construction, property maintenance, or a related trade
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, drywall, painting, carpentry, and minor repairs
- Valid G Driver's Licence with a clean driving record
- Experience operating trailers, forklifts, skid steers, or other equipment is considered an asset
- Ability to work safely and follow workplace safety procedures
